ARNP Rural Health Fellowship

In partnership with the University of Washington and Premera Health

Harbor Regional Health is proud to announce the launch of our new Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Rural Health Fellowship, in partnership with the University of Washington School of Nursing. This exciting program is designed to enhance and support advanced practice nurses as they enter their first year of practice in the rural healthcare workforce of Grays Harbor County, Washington.

As part of the fellowship, participants will receive additional support and training in primary care and rural health issues, as well as hands-on experience working with patients in our clinics and hospital. The program is open to both current nurse practitioner students and nurse practitioners who have graduated from their program in the last 18 months, who are looking to expand their skills and knowledge in the field.

Our fellowship is designed to support the ongoing efforts of Harbor Regional Health to improve healthcare access and outcomes for our rural communities. By training and supporting advanced practice nurses, we hope to address the shortage of primary care providers in our area and ensure that our residents have access to the highest quality care.

We are excited to welcome the next cohort of fellows to Harbor Regional Health, and look forward to supporting them as they embark on their journey to become highly skilled and compassionate healthcare providers.
